Angel’s Story: When the Right Support Changes Everything

Meet Angel, our virtual assistant based in the Philippines. She has been part of MASS for nearly two years, and during that time, her life has changed in meaningful ways. Angel and our founder, Jasemine, crossed paths in the most serendipitous way. An encounter that would eventually open doors to new opportunities and renewed stability.

Angel’s family home was modest, much like many typical Filipino households. Through the career she has built with MASS, however, Angel was able to take a significant step forward: expanding and renovating their home to better suit her family’s needs and create a safer, more comfortable living environment.

One of Angel’s proudest moments was having the opportunity to work with a professional interior designer to plan her personal space and workstation. As a remote team member, her home doubles as her office, making an ergonomic and thoughtfully designed setup essential. Having a workspace that supports her health, productivity, and well-being has made a profound difference in how she works and lives.

After surviving a traumatic experience with a previous client, Angel found healing, confidence, and stability through the support of MASS. Today, she is surrounded by a strong community and empowered by a renewed sense of security, both in her work and in the home she continues to build.
